A calm and relaxing trip across Sri Lanka’s highlands and southern coastlines that includes Ayurveda, moderate exercise, beautiful travel, and time spent in nature. This program includes a mix of leisure, spa treatments, cultural experiences, and sightseeing for tourists who want to recharge, think, and connect with nature. While doing yoga, meditation, and traditional Ayurvedic treatments, guests walk slowly across the island’s beautiful landscapes, calm coasts, and secluded retreats.

Day 1: Arrive in Colombo, then take a transfer to Wadduwa. There will be a gentle beach walk and an Ayurvedic welcome consultation. Spend the night in Wadduwa.

When you get to Bandaranaike International Airport, meet your private driver and take a ride to the west coast town of Wadduwa, where you may relax. Start your trip with a relaxing walk along the golden beach, then get a personalized Ayurvedic consultation to make your health program just right for you. Relax in the peaceful setting as you get ready for a week of thoughtful renewal.

Day 2: Full-Day Wellness Immersion / Morning Yoga / Personalized Ayurveda Treatments / Evening Guided Meditation / Overnight in Wadduwa

Do some yoga or pranayama in the morning while staring out at the ocean. Enjoy Ayurvedic treatments that are made just for you all day long. These include herbal therapies, massages, and therapies that help you feel better. End the day with a guided meditation session at sunset. The sound of the waves will help you relax even more.

Day 3: Morning yoga on the beach, a drive to Kandy, an evening mindfulness walk by the lake, and an overnight stay in Kandy.

Start your day with yoga on the beach at daybreak. Then, drive north through the lush countryside and into the hills to Kandy, the cultural hub of Sri Lanka. Take a deliberate walk around the lake in the evening, thinking about the beautiful drive and getting used to your peaceful surroundings.

Day 4: Visit the Temple of the Tooth, the Peradeniya Botanical Gardens, and then have some free time or a spa treatment in the afternoon. Spend the night in Kandy.

Go to the Temple of the Tooth Relic in the morning to get blessings. Take a guided tour around the Peradeniya Botanical Gardens, taking in the colorful plants and shady walks. In the afternoon, you can think about yourself, write in a notebook, or have a spa treatment if you choose.

Day 5: Drive through beautiful scenery to Nuwara Eliya, see and taste tea at a plantation, walk about Gregory Lake in the evening, and spend the night in Nuwara Eliya.

Travel through rolling tea country en route to the colonial hill station of Nuwara Eliya. Explore a working tea plantation and factory, learning about the process from leaf to cup, with sampling included. Take a peaceful walk along the beaches of Gregory Lake to end the day.

Day 6: Forest Bathing in Hakgala Gardens / Optional Journaling / Afternoon Leisure / Overnight in Nuwara Eliya

Reconnect with nature through a morning forest bathing experience amid the lush greenery of Hakgala Gardens. Optional reflection and journaling sessions help deepen mindfulness practice, followed by a leisurely afternoon at the retreat.

Day 7: Travel to Ella / Short Guided Nature Walk to Nine Arches Bridge / Sunset Sound Therapy / Overnight in Ella

Journey through scenic hill roads to Ella, pausing for short walks to admire tea-covered valleys. Take a guided nature stroll to the iconic Nine Arches Bridge, followed by a sunset sound therapy session to harmonize body and mind.

Day 8: Optional Sunrise Walk to Little Adam’s Peak / Afternoon Spa or Quiet Time / Evening Mountain-View Meditation / Overnight in Ella

Rise early for an optional sunrise hike to Little Adam’s Peak. Spend the afternoon in leisure—enjoy spa treatments, quiet reading, or contemplation—before a guided meditation session with panoramic mountain views at sunset.

Day 9: Drive South to Tangalle / Tranquil Beach Arrival / Evening Barefoot Beach Walk / Overnight in Tangalle

Head south toward the serene coastal town of Tangalle. Check in to a peaceful beachside retreat and enjoy an evening barefoot walk along the sand, with time for quiet reflection and sunset relaxation.

Day 10: Morning Beach Yoga / Ayurvedic Body Therapy / Afternoon Leisure by the Sea / Overnight in Tangalle

Start the day with gentle beach yoga. Engage in Ayurvedic body treatments or herbal oil therapies before spending a relaxed afternoon beside the ocean, connecting with nature and the rhythms of the tide.

Day 11: Coastal Drive to Galle / Gentle Exploration of Galle Fort / Farewell Dinner / Overnight in Galle

Drive along the scenic southern coast to the historic city of Galle. Explore the heritage streets and ramparts of Galle Fort at a leisurely pace. End the day with a farewell dinner in a charming heritage setting, celebrating your journey of wellness and discovery.

Day 12: Transfer to Colombo / Departure

Travel back to Colombo for your departure. Take with you the serenity, rejuvenation, and mindful insights gained during this restorative journey across Sri Lanka’s highlands and shores.
