A slow-paced trip from the coast to the highlands that focused on living mindfully, being in nature, and taking your time to see Sri Lanka’s quieter surroundings. This program includes gentle walks, meditation, yoga, Ayurveda, and other restorative activities that help guests calm down, reconnect with nature, and refresh their bodies and minds.

Arrival in Colombo / Negombo Lagoon / Sunset Boat Ride / Evening Beach Meditation / Overnight in Negombo

When you get to Bandaranaike International Airport, meet your private driver for a ride north to the Negombo lagoon area. Start your trip with a boat ride over calm canals and marshes at twilight. Take a guided meditation on the beach in the evening to relax and get ready for your first night in Negombo.

Day 02: Morning Walk or Drive to Dambulla / Ayurveda Head and Foot Therapy / Evening Forest-Edge Relaxation / Overnight near Dambulla

Take a calm walk around the lagoon and observe the birds to start the day. Drive through peaceful countryside to get to the Dambulla area. After a relaxing Ayurveda head and foot treatment, spend the evening relaxing at the edge of the forest.

Day 03: Dambulla Cave Temple / Meditation / Village Walk / Traditional Lunch / Optional Yoga / Overnight near Dambulla

Take your time and explore the Dambulla Cave Temple in the morning. Meditate on the temple grounds. Enjoy a traditional meal while taking a leisurely tour through the village. In the afternoon, you may do yoga in your lodge if you want to think and refresh yourself.

Day 04: Drive to Sigiriya / Sunrise Nature Walk / Healthy Local Lunch / Afternoon Rest / Evening Light Yoga / Overnight near Sigiriya

Go to the Sigiriya region and start your day with a walk through the water gardens and woodland trails at dawn. Have a nutritious meal from the area, then take a break and think about what you’ve done. Do some mild yoga to end the day, then stay overnight nearby.

Day 05: Scenic Drive to Knuckles Foothills / Spice Garden Visit / Evening Forest Sounds Meditation & Herbal Tea / Overnight in Knuckles Foothills

Drive through beautiful landscape from Matale to the Knuckles foothills. Take a quick break to visit a spice garden along the way. At night, relax with a calming herbal drink and forest noises meditation.

Day 06: Guided Soft Trek in Knuckles / Picnic Lunch / Ayurveda or Herbal Wellness Session / Evening Reflection Walk / Overnight in Knuckles Foothills

In the Knuckles area, you may go on a guided gentle stroll via village pathways and the margins of forests. Have a picnic lunch with a view of the mountains. Get an Ayurveda massage or herbal health treatment in the afternoon. Take a slow stroll to think over the day at the end of the day.

Day 07: Drive to Haputale / Visit Tea Estate / Sunset Meditation / Overnight in Haputale

Drive south through the foggy highlands to Haputale, stopping at tea farms and places with great views along the way. In the evening, relax and watch the sun set over the valleys with a guided meditation.

Day 08: Tea Estate Walk / Optional Meditation or Nature Trail / Ayurveda Spa / Gentle Yoga / Overnight in Haputale

Take a tour around tea estates in the morning with local workers. You might choose to do a guided meditation or a gentle nature stroll. In the afternoon, have an Ayurveda spa or health treatment. Then, do some easy yoga in the evening.

Day 09: Drive to Tangalle / Beach Arrival / Sunset Beach Walk & Breathing Practice / Overnight in Tangalle

To go to a quiet seaside hideaway in Tangalle, head south. Join a guided beach stroll at sunset and a breathing exercise. Take some time to think over your travel in the evening.

Day 10: Sunrise Beach Yoga / Healthy Breakfast / Leisure / Transfer to Colombo / Departure

Start your last day with yoga on the beach in the morning and a nutritious breakfast made with local food. Take your time thinking by the water before heading to Colombo via the Southern Expressway for your flight.
