This schedule includes yoga, Ayurveda, meditation, and mild exploration of Sri Lanka’s highlands and southern coastlines. It gives tourists a soothing and immersive experience. Travelers go at a slow pace, enjoying the views, the peace and quiet of tea country, and the serenity of the seashore while engaging with nature, local culture, and health practices.

Day 01: Arrive in Colombo, then go to Ella. In the evening, get an Ayurveda consultation and gentle yoga. Stay overnight in Ella.

When you get to Bandaranaike International Airport, meet your private driver and have a lovely ride to the hill town of Ella. Start your path to health with an evening Ayurvedic consultation that is suited to your requirements. Then, do some easy yoga to relax and connect with your environment. A quiet mountain refuge for the night.

Day 02: Yoga at sunrise, a guided hike to Little Adam's Peak, an afternoon Ayurveda spa treatment, and a night in Ella.

Do yoga at sunrise while looking out over the Ella Gap to start your day. Take a guided hike to Little Adam’s Peak and experience the stunning views of tea plantations and green valleys. Come back for an afternoon Ayurveda spa treatment that will help you relax and feel better, and then spend a tranquil evening at your lodge.

Day 03: Visit a tea estate and taste Ceylon tea; go for a mindful walk on the plantation; meditate in the evening; and stay overnight in Ella.

Go to a nearby tea estate to understand how Ceylon tea is made and try some freshly brewed teas. Take a thoughtful walk around the plantation pathways and connect with the peaceful surroundings. Take some time to think and relax at the lodge at the end of the day.

Day 04: Take a scenic train ride to Nuwara Eliya, stay at a boutique highland retreat, take a forest bath and write in your journal, do restorative yoga, and spend the night in Nuwara Eliya.

Take the picturesque highland train to Nuwara Eliya, which goes through tea plantations in the mist and undulating hills. Check into a little hotel and spend the afternoon swimming in the forest and writing in your journal. Finish the day with a relaxing yoga class in the serene highlands.

Day 05: Yoga in the morning by Gregory Lake, a visit to the Hakgala Botanical Garden, an optional foot or herbal massage, reflection in the evening, and an overnight stay in Nuwara Eliya.

Start your day with yoga by Gregory Lake, then travel to Hakgala Botanical Garden to see all the beautiful plants. You can have a foot or herbal massage in the afternoon. At the end of the day, the retreat will help you unwind and think.

Day 06: Go to the Southern Coast (Tangalle/Mirissa) and stay at a beachfront wellness resort. Do yoga and meditation on the beach after sunset. Spend the night by the sea.

Go to the southern coast and stay at a spa resort on the beach. Take in the sea breeze and peaceful surroundings while doing yoga and guided meditation by the ocean at sunset. Stay the night at the beach retreat.

Day 07: Ayurveda spa in the morning, a healthy breakfast, free time or an optional water activity, meditation on the shore in the evening, and sleeping by the sea.

Get your day off to a good start with an Ayurveda spa or massage treatment. Have a nutritious breakfast with fresh, local food. You may relax on the beach or do optional water sports in the afternoon. Finish with a guided meditation on the beach.

Day 08: Full-Day Wellness Immersion with yoga, a mindfulness walk, and spa treatments. Relaxing under the stars at night and sleeping by the sea.

Take part in a full day of health activities, such as yoga classes, a mindfulness walk along the coast, and spa treatments. At night, rest and reflect by the water beneath the stars.

Day 09: Yoga on the beach at sunrise, breakfast, a ride to Colombo, and then leaving.

Finish your trip with one last yoga session on the beach at sunrise. Have a goodbye breakfast before your private ride to Colombo to leave. Bring home renewed energy, peace, and memories of the beautiful mountains and coasts of Sri Lanka.
